Tallulah Bankhead . . .

. . . because Franklin Bruno wrote "For Tallulah" in his book Policy Instrument for me last night, and I love her, and she kind of looks like my mother here . . .

Hi Sharon, I love Tallulah Bankhead. I'm just old enough to remember the photos of her going to Truman Capote's black and white masked ball. But when she was young she was glorious, and it's a shame her Paramount period isn't accessible on DVD. But hey, we still have Lifeboat and A Royal Scandal! God bless you.

You must look like your mother, then!

Hi Kevin: Yes! We'll always have "Lifeboat" ("I'm from the South Side of Chicago -- Back of the Yards" ... yay!)

Lynn: When I was young, I looked like her when she was young. And now that I'm old, I look like her when she was old.
